WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Below are our current production times. However, this may change due to order volume. Delivery within US can take another 3-5 business days. During the Holiday season (Nov 15- Dec 31), production times increase to 10-14 business days.
Unframed Prints & Canvas: 4-6 business days
Blankets: 4-6 business days
Bedding & Pillows: 5-8 business days
Shower Curtains: 4-6 business days
WHERE DO I ADD PERSONALIZATION FOR MY ORDER?
You can add the personalization details in the "add a note to your order" box in the checkout page.
WHAT IF MY ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED DURING TRANSIT?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please send an email to support@sweetbloomsdesignco.com with clear photos of the damaged area and packaging within 3 days of receipt. Please DO NOT throw the item away if it is damaged prior to taking a photo or sending it to us for inspection. We cannot replace a damaged item if we do not see the damage. We will send a replacement of the same item.
CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
All of our items are made to order and we begin production right away. Non personalized items can be canceled within 2 hours of ordering. Please send a message with your order #. However, due to the volume of orders we have to process daily, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
I ADDED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
We are note responsible for returned/lost/no delivered packages due to wrong address given at checkout. If a package is returned back to us, you can pay a reship fee and have it shipped back to you. Unclaimed packaged will be destroyed after 30 days of return.
DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS AND EXCHANGES?
All of the items in our store are made to order, therefore we don't accept returns ,cancellations or exchanges. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. We are not responsible for unauthorized return packages that get lost on the way back to sender.
