Do you offer custom designs?
Absolutely! We love making custom unique designs! If you have a design in mind that you do not see available, please feel free to reach out to us so that we can do our best to make it happen for you.
Will I receive a proof?
We aim to make and ship orders quickly, and therefore we do not send design proofs before processing orders.
How can I find out about upcoming promotions?
Yu can sign up up to receive emails about our new releases and sales.
Orders
Can I change or cancel my order?
All of our items are made to order and we begin production right away. Please send a message with your order #. However, due to the volume of orders we have to process daily, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order.
Can I add a gift message?
If you wish to add a gift message, please type your message in the notes section on the cart/checkout page and we will print that message on the packing slip. Our packing slips never show price or payment information.
When will my order ship?
Current production time is 3-5 business days. However, this may change due to order volume. Delivery within US can take another 4-6 business days. During the Holiday season (Nov 15- Dec 31), production times increase to 8-10 business days.
Returns
Can I return an item?
All of the items in our store are made to order, therefore we don't accept returns ,cancelations or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us with clear photos of the damaged area and packaging within 5 days of receipt. Please DO NOT throw the item away if it is damaged prior to taking a photo or sending it to us for inspection. We cannot replace a damaged item if we do not see the damage. We will send a replacement of the same item

Current production time is 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped
Can I change the shipping address?
Please contact us right away if your order has an incorrect shipping address and let us know what address you would like to use instead. We will do our best to assist you before the shipment is sent
How long does delivery take?
All items are shipped with USPS. Allow 2-5 business days for delivery.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping rates and delivery times vary depending on your location.
